To empower local communities to restore degraded landscapes through indigenous tree restoration and to support small holder farmers, especially women and youth, to become climate resilient using sustainable agroforestry and land management practices.

Community-Led Approach Established
Green Gold Social founded with a bottom-up approach, centering indigenous women, youth, and persons with disabilities in conservation solutions.
Agroforestry with 300+ Farmers
Began working with small-scale farmers in Chikwela Village, Chongwe District, introducing Musangu and Gliricidia trees into maize farming systems.
20,000+ Indigenous Trees Planted
Initiated community-led reforestation focusing on Musangu and Mutondo species, restoring 1 square kilometer of degraded land affected by illegal timber harvesting.
Forest Pack Initiative Launched
Created our innovative social enterprise providing affordable restoration tools, generating income to sustain environmental work.
Nationwide Seed Bank Established
Developed a Zambian Indigenous Tree Seed Bank with collection networks across Chongwe, Livingstone, Mukushi, Chama, and Serenje.

Each Forest Pack is a 1kg package containing over 2,500 indigenous tree seeds, carefully selected to support climate action, sustainable agriculture, and food security.

Nationwide Seed Collection Network
Our seed collection model spans multiple regions of Zambia, partnering with village-based seed collectors who know their local landscapes, tree species, and seasonal cycles.

Harriet Chisengo (Board-Community Relations) receives, records, and acknowledges the complaint within 48 hours.
Initial Assessment
Assessment of urgency and sensitivity. Safeguarding checks for cases involving abuse, exploitation, or corruption.
Investigation & Consultation
Board reviews complaint, conducts fact-finding through site visits and interviews, and documents findings.
Board Decision & Corrective Action
Board agrees on corrective action with defined responsibilities and timeline.
