Signatory to the bank account, provides financial oversight and guidance, supporting sound financial management, transparency and accountability. Advises on budgeting, financial reporting, and resource sustainability.

Strengthens relationships between Green Gold Social and local communities. Provides guidance on community engagement, inclusion, and culturally responsive approaches to restoration and livelihoods programming.

Program Officer
Leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of community-based restoration and agroforestry programs. Leads proposal writing, ensures adherence to donor requirements, and cultivates strong partnerships with funders.
Abigail Makukula
Accountant
Manages financial records, budgeting, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. Supports compliance with donor requirements and strengthens financial systems across programs.
Monitoring & Technical Team
Jomo Mbao
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Designs and implements monitoring and evaluation systems to track project performance, learning and impact. Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve program effectiveness and accountability.
Grace Phiri
Agroforestry Officer
Provides technical leadership on agroforestry and climate-smart agriculture. Trains farmers on sustainable land management practices that improve soil health, crop productivity, and climate adaptation.
Michael Banda
Field Officer
Coordinates on-the-ground implementation of restoration and agroforestry practices. Works closely with community members to support tree planting, nursery management, and farmer engagement.
